We first saw Mia across the street selling a neighbors house and we were so impressed by her energy and how much attention to detail she put into getting the home onto market. With that home she was rewarded with a fantastic sale. She was right there doing the touch up work to make the home present and last wonderfully.

If you are selling and looking for an agent in the Toronto area look no further. Selling a home is stressful and she would often tell us to "pick your stress" and she took on a lot of the details that we simply felt overwhelmed by. 20cm of snow while we are away, she was there shovelings it away.

We informed her we would be moving to OUT OF TOWN and that we would like to put the house to market, she recommended to buy in OUT OF TOWN first then sell in Toronto. We asked what is the shortest amount of time to get a house to market, and she said 2-3 weeks. We bought and said we would like it to be on market in two weeks.
